What we collect
When you fill in our form or book a call: your name, firm, email, phone number, practice area, firm size, and what you choose to tell us about your work. We ask you not to include any client information.
Why
Only to reply to you, arrange a call, and tell you about Second Clerk. We don't sell or rent your information.
Where it goes
Form answers are held by our form provider and arrive in our email. Bookings are held by our scheduling provider. These services may store data outside Canada.
How long
We keep your details while we're in touch, and delete them on request or within two years of our last contact.
Emails from us
Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honour every request.
Your choices
Ask to see, correct or delete your information at privacy@secondclerk.com.
